I’ve always believed that sweetness, on its own, doesn’t hold up. It needs a shadow to become real. So I took milk, vanilla, and orris. And I poured rum into it. Dark, thick, out of place.

That’s where Milk Rhum is born: in the clash. Innocence versus vice, caress versus tear. It doesn’t seek harmony; it rejects it. But in that fracture lies a new, surprising balance.

It’s not a fragrance that merely seeks to please. It’s a reminder: sweetness always has two sides. Light and flame.

I consider myself a methodical person, who always follows certain daily routines—simple yet fundamental. One of these is preparing warm milk for my youngest children, and in the past, for my older ones as well. A gentle gesture that, for me, expresses innocence and purity of action.

And it is from this sort of personal “ritual” that I drew inspiration for Ollà, whose name derives precisely from the Neapolitan “O’ Llatte”, meaning milk.
