SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

We prepare and hand over orders to the carrier within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. For cash-on-delivery orders, this period begins upon order confirmation.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is normally expected within an additional 24–48 business hours in Italy and other destinations we serve.

Preparation and shipping times are separate and are added together. Any specific information regarding the selected destination will be provided before purchase.

We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and other international destinations. You can check if your address is eligible for delivery by entering it at checkout.

Holidays, customs inspections, or unforeseen shipping issues may affect actual delivery times. In case of a delay, please contact us: we’ll help you check the status of your delivery. Your legal rights in the event of non-delivery or late delivery remain unaffected.

Shipping is free throughout most of Europe. To find out the rate applicable to your address, check the summary at checkout: any cost is always shown before you confirm your order.

For cash-on-delivery payments, available exclusively in Italy, there is a 3 € surcharge, separate from shipping costs.

Duties and customs fees upon delivery

For shipments to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, any duties and import charges are covered by us: no additional customs charges will be billed to the customer upon delivery.

For other destinations outside the EU, any duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees not already included in the amount paid are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with the rules of the destination country. These may be requested by customs authorities or the carrier.

These terms apply to the delivery of your purchase. In the event of a return arranged by us, we will also cover any customs fees associated with the return.

Inspecting the Package Upon Delivery

When you receive your order, please check that:

• the number of packages matches what was expected;
• the packaging is intact, with no damage, openings, or signs of moisture;
• the products received match those purchased.

If you notice any visible issues, report them to the courier, asking them to note them on the delivery receipt, and contact us promptly at customer@mineperfumelab.com.

Please include your order number and describe the problem. If available, photos of the package and the products can help us process your report.

Failure to note a reservation with the courier or reporting an issue more than 7 days after delivery does not automatically result in the loss of your rights.

Free Returns Within 30 Days

You may request a return of physical products within 30 calendar days of delivery, for any reason, even if you’ve simply changed your mind.

We’ll arrange the pickup and cover the return shipping costs, including any duties and customs clearance fees for international returns.

Our return policy also allows you to return opened and tested products, subject to the following conditions:

Product Permitted testing for a full refund
Perfumes Up to a maximum of 10 sprays
Shower gel, body lotion, aftershave, and body oil: A single trial use
T-shirts and shopping bags: A single trial, without removing tags or other original elements and without further use

If these conditions are met, we will refund the full price actually paid for the returned products.

The 30-day return policy is in addition to your right of withdrawal and the legal warranty, without limiting them. The trial conditions listed above do not automatically constitute grounds for forfeiting the legal right of withdrawal.

How to Request a Return

You can choose one of the following methods:

1. Online portal: Log in to the Mine Perfume Lab returns portal using your order number and the email address used for the purchase, then follow the return procedure. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email.
2. Email: Write to customer@mineperfumelab.com, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.

To notify us of your withdrawal, a clear statement of your decision is sufficient. You may also use the optional form provided in the Terms and Conditions. Legal withdrawal does not require prior authorization.

How Pickup Works

Once we receive your request, we’ll arrange for pickup within 24–48 hours, coordinating the necessary details with you.

Pack the products in suitable packaging to protect them during transport and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. If available, you may use the original packaging and boxes.

To take advantage of free pickup, let our customer service team arrange the return.

Any delays in pickup attributable to our organization do not affect a request submitted within the specified time frame.

When You’ll Receive Your Refund

For returns made under our return policy, we’ll inspect the products and issue a refund within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the return.

If any issues arise regarding the condition of the returned items, we will contact you to explain the reasons. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of your notification. Since we arrange the pickup, the refund required by law is not suspended pending receipt of the products. This deadline takes precedence over the time required for inspection.

The refund will be issued:

• via the same method used for the purchase—PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or Klarna—unless otherwise expressly agreed;
• via a bank transfer agreed upon with the customer, for orders paid by cash on delivery;
• as a credit toward your account, for the portion paid via E-Gift Card, unless a refund is required by law.

We do not charge any fees for processing the refund. The actual availability of the credit may depend on the payment processor’s processing times.

In the event of a legal withdrawal from the entire order, the refund includes the payments received and any standard shipping costs. Any additional costs associated with a more expensive shipping method expressly chosen by the customer are not refunded.

The Right of Withdrawal Provided by Law

For online purchases of goods, the consumer generally has 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, in the cases provided for by the Consumer Code.

For multiple items purchased in a single order and delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

The deadline applies to the notification of the decision: it is sufficient to send it before the deadline expires.

Our return policy extends the window for requesting returns of physical products to 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined on this page.

Under the statutory right of withdrawal, any loss of value is assessed in accordance with the law, based on use that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The absence of the original packaging or failure to comply with the terms of our return policy does not, in and of itself, result in an automatic loss of this right.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, different from what you ordered, or that may have a conformity defect, please contact us at customer@mineperfumelab.com.

These requests are handled in accordance with the rights provided by the legal warranty and other applicable regulations. They are not subject to the 30-day commercial return policy or the trial conditions applicable to simple changes of heart.

E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are automatically sent via email after payment confirmation and do not require physical shipping.

They have no expiration date and can be used for multiple purchases, with any remaining balance carried over.

They are excluded from the 30-day commercial return policy. This is without prejudice to the right of withdrawal and other refunds provided for by law, as indicated in the Terms and Conditions.

Products purchased with E-Gift Cards retain the return, withdrawal, and warranty rights applicable to those products.

Orders and Payments

Before confirming your purchase, please review your selected products, delivery address, and cost summary. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.

You can pay with PayPal, credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments, bank transfer, Klarna, and E-Gift Cards, depending on the options available at checkout. In Italy, cash on delivery is also available for an additional fee of €3.

Bank transfers are available for countries within the European Union. Please include the order number in the payment description: products are reserved for a maximum of 3 days from order confirmation, and shipping is arranged once the payment has been credited to our account.

You can send any payment confirmation to customer@mineperfumelab.com. The payment confirmation does not replace verification of the credit.

If you would like an invoice, please request it at the time of purchase by providing the necessary information.
