Inside the discovery set, you'll find a brochure with a discount code to enter at checkout, which will entitle you to a 20% discount on your favorite perfume. The discount code can be used both online and at our stores in Milan, Bologna, and San Giuseppe Vesuviano (Naples).

All of our fragrances are classified as “Parfum” (or Extrait de Parfum). This means that we work with the highest possible concentration of essential oils, starting at a base of 25% and rising even higher depending on the fragrance.

Unlike standard Eau de Toilette (5–15%) or Eau de Parfum (15–20%), “Parfum” represents the pinnacle of artistic perfumery in terms of the intensity and richness of its ingredients.

Each of our fragrances is conceived and crafted in Italy, and most of the production process takes place within our workshops. We have chosen to maintain total control over the supply chain to ensure that every bottle meets the standards of excellence we have set for ourselves.

We are not a mass-production company: we are a laboratory where molecular innovation meets the tradition of “handcrafted” products.

While the industry relies on automated assembly lines, at MINE most of the production process is entrusted to the hands of our artisans.

We do not rush the maceration process. We let the fragrance “mature” in our workshops, monitoring the evolution of the bouquet day by day.

From labeling to filling, every bottle passes through the hands of a person. This allows us to perform a thorough quality control that no machine could match.

At MINE Perfume Lab, your satisfaction is just as important to us as the longevity of our fragrances. We know that choosing a perfume online can be a challenge, which is why we’ve made the return process as simple as possible.

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of receiving your package.

We gladly accept returns due to a change of heart, provided the following product integrity standards are met:

Timing: The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item’s delivery.
Integrity: Items must be returned to us unused, with the tamper-proof seal intact (if applicable), and in resalable condition.
Packaging: The perfume must be shipped in its original packaging, complete with all parts.

Once we receive the item at our shop and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

A tip from our artisans: If you have any doubts about a fragrance before purchasing it, we recommend testing it with our Discovery Kits.

With the purchase of a 50ml or 100ml perfume, we always include 2 free samples.
