Be aware that E-GiftCards have an expiration of 1 year from purchase, and cannot be redeemed. In addition, E-GiftCards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash value.
E-GiftCards cannot be purchased using a discount code.
In the event of an order for a product purchased using an E-GiftCard, the product can be returned and exchanged if it meets the return criteria Mine Perfume Lab; but cannot be refunded.
NB: E-GiftCard amounts are equivalent to the corresponding fragrance amount
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to additional
import taxes and handling fees upon delivery.
These charges include:-VAT at 20% of the order value
-A customs clearance fee (typically between £10 and £15) applied by the shipping carrier
These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by
the carrier upon delivery.
We do not have control over these fees, as they are imposed by UK customs authorities and logistics providers.
